CS/SS,ALUMINIUM,BRASS,COPPER,INCONEL,MONEL,LAS WELDING facilities are available with us
- Our expertise into the welding on 150mm thick parts with controlled distortion
We have rotating table for Circular parts welding
Our qualified and expert welders are capable of welding thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 200mm with 100% NDT
We provide Surface treatments processes like Painting, Powder coating, Galvanizing, Anodizing etc. as per customer requirements.
Rolling upto 100mm with 2.5m width
Pressing capacity upto 150mm thickness
We have in-house hydrotest capacity upto 500Kg/Cm2

Designing (detailed 3D CAD design & manufacturing drawings) to Mathematical Calculation (Engineering calculation based on physics, mechanical design & Codes like ASME, API etc) in systematic worksheets.
Analysis / Simulations (static, dynamic, non-linear, CFD) to Tooling (mould design, sheet metal forming, die design, jig & fixture design).
Prototyping (prototyping development services) to Manufacturing (digital manufacturing, human ergonomics, manufacturing process feasibility)
Shop Floor / Scheduling (plant simulation, work cell time study, assembly, automation) to Future Life Experience Training / Support (computer based training, interactive technical documentation).
The 3D CAD files developed during product design become assets for user and service manuals, often showing details more clearly and at less expense than photography. The earlier we become involved the more we can contribute.
